FEES

Revenue Sharing Model refers to the sharing model in which there is a 30% distribution commission to be taken over your revenues. In this model, you do not pay a monthly or annual subscription or membership fee other than the membership package fee you pay for once. If no income is earned, you will not have to pay any other fees.

Revenues reflected in the panel show the gross amounts including taxes. If you have an official tax record, you can collect this amount in return for the invoice you will issue. If you do not have any tax remaining in Turkey, all taxes related to your income will be deducted by us to be paid to the relevant tax offices, and the remaining net amount will be deposited into Western Union in monthly periods.

Our members will collect their income in USD via Western Union, provided that they have accumulated an amount of 100 USD or more. All payments will be sent after taxes due under local tax legislation are deducted.

Soundhorus deducts 30% of the digital distribution service fee from the revenues you get from your songs and pays the remaining 70% to you on a monthly basis.
It does not charge any monthly or annual fees if your songs do not generate income.
In this way, you do not need to make any monthly or annual payments other than the membership package fee you pay at the entrance.

Since the majority of digital music platforms pay four times a year, your first income will be reflected on the panel at the earliest 4 months after the release of your songs. Afterwards, the income of 100 USD or more accumulated in your account will be automatically deposited to your bank account, which you will define in your profile, at the latest in the second week of each month. The progress payment amounts below 100 USD will be transferred to your account in the same way as they are completed to 100 USD in the following months.

You can view how much income your songs bring from which platform in monthly reports from the REVENUES tab on the panel.

ISRC (International Standard Recording Code) is an international standard recording code used to track and protect the rights of your song recordings. If you don't have an official production company, leave this field blank when uploading your songs, as they can only be identified by production companies that have a Works Operating Certificate. Soundhorus automatically identifies the ISRC code when sending your song to digital music platforms.

You do not need to have an official production company with tax registration to publish your songs with Soundhorus.

You can unpublish your songs that you have digitally distributed with Soundhorus at any time via the ALBUMS tab in the member panel. Your songs that you want to be removed will be deleted from all digital music platforms within 7 working days at the latest.

The easiest way to make changes to an album that you have digitally distributed with Soundhorus before is to delete that album from the ALBUMS tab in the member panel and send the new edited version for distribution again.

Soundhorus processes only audio files of your songs. Stream your video clips to YouTube etc. You can broadcast it on your own channels.

Since the audio files of your songs are protected by Soundhorus with ISRC code, they can be downloaded from YouTube etc. A copyright notice is sent automatically as soon as it is uploaded in all digital media. Likewise, if a song belonging to you is published on the internet by someone else, this protection is activated and all revenues of your song are transferred to your account. You don't need to do anything as this means that your songs are protected by Soundhorus and your copyrights are delivered to you without loss. Since these notifications are copyright notices, not copyright strikes, they do not cause any harm to your channel.

As soon as your songs are released on digital music platforms, they start to generate revenue. However, due to the fact that most platforms pay quarterly 4 times a year, your first income will be reflected to the member panel at the earliest 4 months after the first publication date.

Anonymous works can be works that belong to the public, whose words and music are unknown, as well as works whose protection period of 70 years has expired according to the law. For this reason, there is no harm in performing the works in the anonymous category and publishing them on digital music platforms.

There is no harm in performing the same song with one or more people. When uploading songs with more than one person as commentators to the panel, it will be sufficient to add the names of other commentators to the description section of the song.

If you live in a different country other than Turkey, it is possible to publish a previously publicized work as a cover, provided that it complies with local legislation.

Soundhorus collects revenues related to the production rights of your songs, as in all digital music platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. It also collects it from other channels and delivers it to you. You don't need to do anything for it.

You can promote your songs with paid and/or free advertisements and posts on social media and YouTube, or you can get professional help from relevant promotion companies. Soundhorus only provides a service related to digital distribution and collection of your revenues.

In order for your songs to be broadcast on digital music platforms and the internet, you must legally authorize Soundhorus and you must be informed about the conditions under which digital distribution will be made and your consent must be obtained. For this reason, you must confirm after reading the text titled Terms and Conditions for your songs to be published on digital music platforms.

Your payments are made on a monthly basis, starting at the earliest 4 months after the release of your songs. Until the 20th of each month at the latest, we automatically deposit your income, which is reflected in the REVENUES tab of the panel, to the bank account you have defined in your profile.

If you want to close your account completely, after deleting all your albums in the ALBUMS tab of the panel, it will be sufficient to send an e-mail to digital@soundhorus.com about the subject. Your membership will remain open for 1 more month so that you can collect your previous payments. Your membership will be automatically terminated after your last income (if any) is sent to your bank account during this one-month period. There are no refunds for memberships deleted at your request.

If you have made a possible incomplete or incorrect operation on the song loading panel and / or if there is an error in the audio file and / or cover design you sent, your songs will not be published on digital music platforms. In such a case, you will receive a notification about where the error is, both via e-mail and from the MESSAGES section of the panel. You can correct the specified missing and/or errors and re-send your songs. Your songs without any deficiencies or any errors will be published on all digital music platforms as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you send your songs that you added from the ADD ALBUM tab on the panel to distribution via the DISTRIBUTION tab in the same menu.
